Your personal data including your name, surname, hometown/birth date, marital status, gender, nationality, photograph, address, telephone number, e-mail address, driving license, certificates of completed courses, knowledge of foreign languages, information on graduated or continuing schools, and military status information.

Your personal data is processed for the purposes of carrying out the operations for evaluating your application to our Company and your suitability for the job, assessing your suitability for the requested position, carrying out job application and employment processes, establishing communication, conducting reference checks, and evaluating for suitable positions that may arise in future periods in case the job interview results negatively.

Your personal data processed by Benova Consulting will not be transferred to third parties.

4. Method and Legal Reason of Collecting Personal Data

Your personal data is collected through the job application form filled out. Your personal data is collected and processed based on the legal reasons of explicit consent.

In accordance with the Law and relevant legislation;

• Request information if your personal data has been processed,
• Access your personal health data and request these data,

9. Right to Apply

All requests regarding personal data will be finalized by the Benova Consulting PDPL Officer.

For requests within the scope of the Law, if a signed copy of the Personal Data Application Form available on our website is personally delivered to the above address of Benova Consulting,

sent through a notary, or sent to our e-mail address in a manner that allows your identity to be confirmed using registered electronic mail address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature or the electronic mail address previously notified by the person concerned and registered in our system, Benova Consulting will finalize the request as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest free of charge. However, if the transaction also incurs a cost, a fee will be charged according to the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
